1. First, you need to install and launch the Downloader on your Fire TV. (You can find it under My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install from unknown apps. Once you find it, click on it to change the status to ON.)

1. When prompted, select “Allow” to give Downloader permission to access your device.

1. In the URL box, place your cursor and click the OK button on your remote to open the keyboard. Type the following URL exactly as shown: https://www.firesticktricks.com/smarter and click Go.

1. Once the download is complete, click on the “Install” button and wait for the installation process to finish.

1. After the installation is complete, click on “Done” and return to Downloader. Then, click “Delete” to remove the installation file and free up space on your device.

1. To find IPTV Smarters, scroll down and hover over “Your Apps & Channels,” then click “See All.”

1. Next, select IPTV Smarters and click the Menu button on your remote (three horizontal lines). Click “Move to Front” to add the app to your home screen.

1. Now Click on “Add New User.” 
2. You can choose to log in with Xtream Codes API or use an M3U URL and choose “Load Your Playlist or File URL.”

That’s it! You should now be able to access and use IPTV Smarters on your Fire TV device.
